What If I Try My Hardest And Fail?

“What if I try my hardest and fail?”

I don’t know about you… But I’ve had that thought more times than I’d like to admit.

And everytime I had that thought…

  • I would barely take any risks at all

  • I would do everything the safe way

  • I would try to think my way through every problem

And that just caused more problems.

The solution?

Mind control.

It all starts in the mind. If you can control your mind, you can control your destiny. So all I had to do to stop that thought from stopping me was to replace it with a positive one.

And when I did that, I started taking more action.

And If you do the same thing, you’ll get the same results.

But building a positive thinking habit can be hard. Especially if you have a lot of automatic negative thoughts. If that’s you, you need a systemized way of turning negative thoughts into positive ones.

The best way to do that?
