The Best Habit You Can Form

Ask yourself this question…
If you keep living the exact way you live right now, what will your life be like in a year?
Are you developing bad habits?
Or good habits?
Do you take action on the things you need to do?
Or do you sit around… waiting for the perfect time to come?
I got news for you:
The perfect time is never coming.
So when you maintain bad habits like:
Not working out
Eating hella junk food
Not getting enough sleep
Wasting time on social media
Playing video games for hours and hours
And you never develop and good habits to go along with all that…
You end up living way below your full potential.

”Distractions move you away from your potential.”
And even though you know you need to change it, you keep sitting around waiting for the perfect time to come.
Doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.
So what exactly should you be doing?
You need to have something productive to focus on.
Do you understand how powerful your mind is?
If not, I’ll explain it like this…
If you think negative things, you’ll attract negative things.
If you think positive things, you’ll attract positive things.
In other words…
Whatever you focus on becomes your reality.
One of the best things you can focus on to make your mind stronger…
And create a domino effect that will have a positive impact on everything in your life…
Is physical fitness. And let me explain why…
When you start to prioritize fitness, you learn how to physically and mentally push through adversity (and pull yourself out of negative situations).
Sometimes you succeed. And sometimes you fail.
When you start prioritizing fitness, you’ll learn how to keep going even when things get rough.
And that’s just part of the benefits. Because if you stick with it long enough…
You start to prove to yourself that you can show up time and time again, and keep putting that work in, no matter what.
And that’s how you start to level up, and make positive change in EVERY area of your life.
Now you might ask…
But what if I’m not strong?
You don’t have to be strong to workout. You get strong by working out.
And even if you don’t care to be strong, you can still workout.
All you need to be able to do, is move your body.
And if I’m keeping it 100…
Endurance workouts can push you more than strength workouts.
Simply because you get to a point where your body can still go, but your mind doesn’t want to.
And so if you wanna finish that workout…
You really have to train your mind to push through.
And that simple exercise of training your mind to push through will be the reason you start doing better in every area of your life outside of fitness.
So if you feel like your life is not where you want it to be…
And you can’t figure out how to change it…
One of the best things you can do is you simply start working out.
And as you work out more and more…
Your mind will keep getting stronger and stronger.
And eventually you’ll find something else to focus on outside of working out.
And you’ll be able to stay consistent with it…
Cause you’ve been training your mind to do that.
